Trophies

A trophy is a type of in-game achievement for the player which are viewable from the trophy cabinet. In the PC, PS2 and Xbox versions, the game consists a total of fifty-two trophies comprising of three main trophies, fourteen competition cups, twenty-eight challenge tokens, and seven challenge shields combined.

Competition cups can be obtained in Ford Competition mode by completing a competition in first place in the overall results. Meanwhile, challenge tokens and challenge shields can be obtained in Ford Challenge mode, where tokens are obtained by completing a challenge from any theme on Hard difficulty, while shields are obtained by completing the whole challenge theme on any difficulty. After each individual trophy is obtained, the player will be awarded with three main trophies: the Ford Competition Trophy, the Ford Challenge Trophy, and the Ford Racing Trophy.

In the DS version, the game consists of Y trophies instead whereas in the GBA version, the game consists of Z trophies instead.
