City Highway is an unlockable racetrack in Asuka Battle, which can be unlocked in either Ford Challenge mode or Ford Competition mode. The racetrack takes place during night-time near a highway, a shrine and some forested areas.

Racetrack Layout

In PC, PS2 and Xbox versions

The track starts on the left side of some freeway lanes. While on the freeway lanes, you drive under an overpass. After the freeway lanes, you will make a left turn onto a winding road. While on the winding road, you will pass by some Asian style buildings. After passing by the buildings, you will go under another overpass. When the winding road ends, you will go onto another road which isn't as winding as the previous one. On this road, you will pass a gas station which you can go through as a shortcut.

After you pass by the gas station, you will go under another overpass which will lead to the next road. While on the new road, you will go under another overpass and then the road starts going downhill, leading to a plaza. The racers will drive through the plaza, then pass a giant Buddha statue and pass through a tall gate.

After going through the plaza, then you will drive on a road with sharp turns and then the racers will get back on the freeway lanes and the course will start all over again.

Shortcuts

• The player can pass through the petrol station near the shrine.

How to Unlock

In Ford Competition mode or Ford Challenge mode, complete any competition or challenge that takes place at this racetrack.

Trivia

• The temple section is the same one used for Lost Village.
  • Unlike Lost Village, which has a dirt road before the temple, City Highway has a paved road.
• Along with White Sands, both are the only tracks in which its reverse variant uses a different layout.
